  DISCOVERY

  We discover your goals and objectives to determine if we are going to be a good fit for each other in order to proceed further.

  What are your long term or short term goals? Are you a property investor? Buying in your SMSF , a first home buyer or a new home buyer?

  SOURCE

  Once we have completed our discovery session and have a plan in place, we will begin researching to shortlist the most appropriate properties for your unique situation.

• 

  BUILD

  We work directly with the builder to ensure a smooth and successful build that comes in on time and on budget.

  We provide regular updates throughout the build including photos and stage reports.

• 

  HANDOVER

  Upon completion we have a professional third party inspect the build to ensure the final product is up to our high standard of finish. Once everything is approved we will hand the keys over ready for you to move in or rent out. If it’s an investment property we can work with you to appoint a suitable property manager.
