John Scanlan – Director

John’s mission is to help our members achieve their property goals. Specialising in the provision of house and land packages for First Home Owners, Investors, Self Managed Super Funds andHomes for Family Living.

John has been working with some of South East Queensland’s best builders to provide our members with a wide selection of affordable options.

John is your local South East Queensland expert with a compelling track record of over 25 years of construction and real estate experience.
Aaron Weaver – Senior Property Investment Advisor

As a successful property investor and property investment advisor, Aaron started investing in his own properties at a young age. Purchasing his first property before the age of 21 and a million dollar portfolio before the age of 30, Aaron had property in his blood early on.

During his mid 30’s he co founded one of Australia’s largest lead generation platforms for real estate agents servicing over 2000 agents nationwide and responsible for over $10 million dollars in commissions earned.

Aaron is a licensed real estate agent and has a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through property investment.
Nike Larsson – UX Researcher / Property Analyst

Nike joined Asset Property Partners as UX researcher consultant in order to enhance and develop our members experience, collaborating effectively with our administration staff and network of builders and developers.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Media and Communications from Lund University in 2012 and extensive experience as a project manager and communications strategist in the private, public and non-for profit sector in her home country Sweden and abroad.
Belle Murray – Head of Marketing

Belle joined Asset Property Partners as the Head of Marketing. With a keen interest in property investing, Belle is responsible for marketing, communication and business development efforts of the business.

In addition to strategic business development efforts, Belle directs media relations both print and digital format, advertising, website development, oversees events and more. If you see APP being marketed in anyway, Belle’s good work will be behind it.
